Job Description
We are looking for a team player who will handle Guest Relations in a professional manner. You will be dealing with arrivals and departures as well as guest questions and concerns. You will also be communicating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction with our services. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Knowledge of RoomKey would be an asset
Second language would be an asset
Hospitality Education Certification would be an asset
Flexible availability for scheduling
Main responsibility is to ensure that all guests and team members are treated in a professional manner.
Salary/Wage
22.50 to start
