About Us
Great Bear Lodge offers grizzly bear tours at our lodge in the Great Bear Rainforest from May to October. Great Bear Lodge (www.greatbeartours.com) has been providing quality wildlife viewing experiences with a strong emphasis on natural history interpretation and minimum ecological impact since 1999. We are fortunate to work in an intact ecosystem and our goal is to share this special place with guests from all over the world in a sustainable manner. The lodge accommodates a maximum of 16 people, ensuring a highly personalized experience.
Great Bear Lodge is a founding member of the Commercial Bear Viewing Association of BC (www.bearviewing.ca), and has been chosen by the Canadian Tourism Commission as a Canadian Signature Experience.
