Ogopogo Tours offers personalized wine tours and bespoke experiences that feature unparalleled service with a sustainable twist. Located in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Ogopogo Tours stands out as an awarded leader in the tourism industry – A leader in environmental awareness and sustainability without compromising the remarkable experiences and service levels cultivated for each and every guest. A wide selection of touring options are available, including half day, full day or multi-day, often with lunch included.

Ogopogo Tours offers a level of service you won’t find elsewhere. Wineries visited are not pre-set, the tour guide will select the destinations based on the pre-requested preferences of the individuals in the group. The touring vehicle is selected from a fleet based on the right fit for the group and the environment. The fleet includes a hybrid Sedan, an accessible van and one day soon, a plug-in electric car.

Bespoke tours are a favourite offering for Ogopogo proprietors, Darren and Adonica. Everything about the bespoke experience is customizable, hand-crafted and unique. Charters are also available for events, dinners or sightseeing opportunities.

Ogopogo Tours is run by Darren and Adonica Sweet. A passionate and fun-loving couple living in Summerland who are committed to running a sustainably focused tour company without compromising service excellence. As the first certified carbon neutral wine tour operator in Canada, they have received numerous awards, including Canadian Sustainable Tour Operator from Luxury Guide Canada for two years running and Penticton Chamber of Commerce’s Sustainable Resource Industry Excellence Award for 2018.

Their goal is to ensure that each visitor enjoys a unique experience, creating lifelong memories, returning home with a desire to tell their friends about this amazing region. They have hosted guests from 28 different countries.

When Darren and Adonica started this company in 2015, the goal was to provide the kind of service that prompted comments like “Best tour ever”. Having accomplished and maintained this, the mission has expanded to continuing this level of service while committing to sustainable tourism.
