As Administrative Assistant in our North Vancouver office, you’ll provide general office administrative support including reception/answering phones, general office administration, and supporting the daily work of our Group Travel Advisor team as well as our events department. There is flexibility to work (part-time) at home in this role and the possibility for summers off, if interested.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail
• Proficiency in MS office and ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and use technology applications effectively

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
• Customer service and administration experience
• Tech savvy
• Travel industry experience an asset
• High level of integrity, sense of accountability, and professionalism
