We need someone with the right experience to help grow the business by empowering and developing staff, ensuring the ultimate guest experience, and helping the General Manager run one of our two properties in Cranbrook, B.C. These properties include Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook and Best Western Cranbrook Hotel. This is a unique opportunity to become an on-site manager and eventually a General Manager.
The Assistant General Manager represents the property through excellence in guest service, professionalism, and leadership. Together with the GM, the AGM is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the hotel front desk and housekeeping teams, and overall operations of the properties.
