We are seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager to join our leadership team. The Assistant Lodge Manager will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of operations at the property.
Future succession to the role of Lodge Manager will form part of the employment roadmap.

Your prerequisites will include:
• Experience in a senior hospitality management tourism or adventure role.
• A hands-on team leadership style, and the ability to mentor staff.
