The culinary cornerstone in the heart of Whistler Village, Araxi enjoys a long held international reputation for excellence in food, wine and hospitality. As an early pioneer of farm to table dining, Culinary Director James Walt’s seasonally focused menus celebrate the excellence of locally sourced ingredients.
The Assistant Wine Director will contribute to the managing of an efficient, effective, and profitable wine program under the leadership and direction of the Wine Director and Restaurant Director, ensuring the highest qualify of product and service. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Wine Director on wine list development and maintenance, inventory, and food and wine pairing. This role will include a mix of both service and management shifts.
