The Rosedale on Robson Suite Hotel Banquet / Catering Department is looking for reliable team members to join our team.

This position has varied shifts including morning, evenings, weekends all based on requirements.

• Setting up all function rooms prior to guest arrival
• Greet and provide customer service to all hotel guests in a friendly manner
• Prepare stations with appropriate food and beverages as stated in Banquet Event Order
• Prepare and maintain Breakfast Lounge for hotel guests
• Maintain cleanliness of Breakfast Lounge
• Clean dishes, kitchen and kitchen equipment daily
• Locate and provide items requested by guests
• Perform other duties as requested by management
• Part time initially and may work into full time.

• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending and reaching; stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Previous food / beverage experience an asset
• Certification in Foodsafe
• Certification in first aid and/or WHMIS would be an asset
• Must be fluent in English
• Second language would be an asset

• Salary/Wage: Based on previous experience
