The Boatshed at Ambleside Beach is hiring an experienced Bar Manager.
Job Description:Oversee, control, and evaluate the operations of bar and beverage servicesHire and train new employees in the bar, and monitor their performancesCreate effective schedules for the bar staff and monitor staff performanceControl inventory of liquor and suppliesImplement work procedures and policiesEnsure health and safety have met the regulationsMaintain and ensure high-quality services are given to customers The Boatshed at Ambleside Park is located just a few hundred feet from the beach in Ambleside Park at the base of 13th St in West Vancouver.
Education: Completion of high school is required
Experience: Completion of college or other programs in hospitality or f/b service management is required OR at least 2 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience, are required
Benefit: 4% of gross salary requirements
