Mica Heliskiing offers small-group helicopter skiing packages from a remote backcountry setting north of Revelstoke, British Columbia. Mica is currently seeking highly motivated, fun, and inspired bartenders to help create and consistently deliver the ultimate ski vacation to our guests from around the world.

Each winter, guests from around the world choose Mica for their ultimate ski vacation. Offering a small and intimate format – maximum 20 guests – our culture of personalized customer service and continuous improvement sets us apart within our industry. 

Individuals must be a natural conversationalist, demonstrate a strong background in bartending along with food service, be comfortable performing light housekeeping duties and be willing to work with all Mica staff to ensure our guests receive a consistent and exceptional level of service.

If the BC mountain experience beckons or you love to ski/snowboard or spend time in the snowy outdoors, Mica is the place for you.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

You prefer and take pride in an organized, neat, clean environment and will work towards ensuring it is.
You have Serving It Right, or other recognized course in the responsible service of alcohol.

You have a minimum of two years previous bartending experience.

You have an interest in fine food, wine and service.

You have knowledge of Point Of Sale systems - asset, not required.

You consistently present a polished and professional appearance to guests.

You are able to stand for extended periods and lift light-medium objects.

You love to ski/board and/or spend time in the snowy outdoors.

You enjoy assisting other staff members.

• Salary/Wage: day rate plus gratuities
