Job Description:

At Pheasant Glen Golf Resort we are looking for a qualified Chef to lead our culinary team into this coming season and later during construction of our new clubhouse. We will be very busy and are excited for the upcoming season. We offer flexible scheduling, extended health benefits, and complimentary golf for immediate family members. We see on average 200 plus golfers daily in peak season, manage indoor seating for up to 60 people and lots of outdoor space. The successful candidate will be able to lead our culinary team as well as supervise our front of house staff. 

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Our Chef must have experience managing a kitchen, staff, menu service and banquet experience. Serving it Right would be an asset. 

Recommended Training:

  • Salary/Wage: $28-$32/hour

    Pheasant Glen is an 18 Championship Golf Course on Vancouver Island. We have hosted Provincial and National Championships over the past six years. We have a very active membership as well as open to the public. Our forty seat restaurant is open from March 1st to October 31st and we have a banquet facililty that can hold up to 180 people for weddings, golf events or any special occasion.
