WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Communications Coordinator at go2HR, reporting to the Director, Communications, you’ll help develop brand awareness about go2HR’s health and safety programs and services through creative content development and distribution. More specifically, key areas of responsibilities are website management, social media, and content development.
Content development
• Collaborate with business areas to develop and design content and source images for go2HR’s website, newsletters, e-blasts, reports, presentation and other external communication
• Distribute e-communications through customer mailing lists in HubSpot
• Update and maintain the image library
Website management
• Collaborate with business areas to maintain website functionality and relevance through regularly monitoring and updating content
• Ensure a positive user experience through implementing and following website navigation best practices
• Support the evaluation of website performance by monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing data and trends, creating reports
• Manage go2HR’s CRM HubSpot: maintain reports and dashboards analytics, support the day-to day needs of the organization, train team members on HubSpot functionality
• Stay current with emerging digital technologies and services/applications, make recommendations and support implementation/execution of updates or new approaches
Social media
• Create compelling, interesting and relevant content to build brand awareness and increase engagement on go2HR social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Monitor activity across social media channels and engage/respond as appropriate
• Review analytics and create reports on key performance indicators
• Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
This full-time role (37.5 hr/wk., 7.5 hr/day) in a hybrid work environment (office downtown Vancouver location/home).

We offer education and training for current and future talent such as SuperHost, FOODSAFE, health and safety training and our COVID-19 safety training BSAFE™.
We also work as a resource to inform government and stakeholders on labour market conditions and strategies

WHO YOU ARE
You are an emerging communication professional with a post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, English, or marketing and bring 2 years of relevant experience.
You love to write and have diverse content development experience and embrace the challenge of convert the ‘highly technical’ into the ‘engaging and easily understood’.
You are a skilled multi-tasker and manage your time to maximize your impact.
You are a marvel with technology and web-based applications.
You embrace learning, working collaboratively and want to be part of a high-functioning team that cares and respects one another.
