Executive Chef, Full-Service Restaurant and Bar

Location: Victoria, BC (open to relocation)

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 + Benefits PTO and more!

The Client:

My client is a well-known restaurant group that has several different locations across Canada and are known for their good eats and extensive drink menu! They have a social vibe and are looking for an outgoing and lively culinary leader to join their fun and energetic team as they continue to expand across the country!

The role:

  • Hiring, training, and development of the Back of the House team
  • Financials and Budgeting
  • Food Cost and Labour Cost
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, outgoing personality
Job Requirements/Qualifications:

The Person

  • 3+ years in a high-volume restaurant
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef leading a large team
  • Corporate Restaurant experience is an asset
  • Proven track record of building and developing a team
  • Salary/Wage: $85000-$90000
