Summer is just around the corner and we at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel are hiring for a position as a Front Desk Ambassador to join our awesome Front Desk team! You will be the first point of contact for all our guests, from check in to check out. You will be responsible for a range of duties which will include mainly, reservation management, customer service via in person, telephone and email and checking guests in and out, as well as various clerical office duties.
We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work independently and as a team.
Ability to work weekends is a must.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience preferred however not essential.
