This role is based in Vancouver, BC, and legal ability to work in Canada is required. The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000.
Reporting to the Operations Director, FlyOver Attractions, the General Manager (GM) of FlyOver Canada (FOC) oversees all aspects of the business, providing leadership and direction on the growth and execution of business strategy.
Day to day business includes close collaboration with all heads of departments at FOC and the rest of the team. People management, building strong culture, instilling sense of urgency in the team, driving operational excellence and improvements, delivering guest experience and hospitality and putting safety first are standard everyday business functions.
The GM ensures all key leaders and stakeholders are provided with accurate and timely information to provide for accountability to our shared goals and facilitate effective decision making both operationally and strategically.
