The Guest Service Agent’s (GSA) primary responsibility is to provide personalized, professional, and friendly service that exceeds our guest’s expectations.
We have a great team, strong wages, and happy guests, and are searching for people who share our commitment to exceptional service. This is a part-time position to start and could grow to become a permanent, full-time member of the team. This position will require days, swing shifts, and weekends.

Summerland Waterfront Resort Hotel is located on a secluded stretch of Lake Okanagan shoreline offering an all-inclusive resort experience focused on fun and making memories.
