The Moda Hotel is looking for guests service agents to come and join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment , strives to give the best customer service experience and is reliable. We are looking for someone for a part time position and someone to fill a full time position. Must be currently living in B.C ,Canada. Must have all the correct permits to legally work in B.C Canada. Please do not apply if you are living outside on British Columbia , Canada.*

Job Description:

• Providing courteous, professional and pleasant phone manners
• Checking clients in and out, promptly, professionally with a welcoming manner
• Answering internal & external phones and transferring to proper departments
• Answering the reservation line and assisting guests with bookings or inquiries.
• Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
• Must follow procedures and policies implemented by the Hotel
• Provide tourist information to Hotel guests
• Performing general office duties
• Responsible for cash float and processing proper form of payment
• balancing accounts and clerk batch’s

• Have previous guest services experiences
• Front Desk, Hotel experience is an asset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
