Prestige Treasure Cove Resort is currently has an opportunity for a full-time permanent, Guest Services Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Guest Service Manager will provide shoulder-to-shoulder supervision of the guest service team and ensure that all guests are treated in an outstanding manner.
As a candidate for this position, you must have previous front desk and supervisory experience, excellent communication and telephone skills, and a strong attention to detail. Must also have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, along with the ability to relate to the public in a friendly and professional manner.
