Job Description:

We at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel are hiring for a position as an Overnight Front Desk Ambassador to join the Front Desk team. You are responsible for maintaining the inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. You are responsible for processing the night audit and ensuring the financial totals of the day are correct while being able to problem solve in an efficient matter using strong mathematical skills when the day does not balance. Completing various light duties around the hotel is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience preferred however not essential.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

No qualifications necessary, however a methodical worker with the ability to problem solve is preferred.

  • Salary/Wage: 18.50 depending on experience
