Delta Hotels by Marriott will be opening soon in Delta, British Columbia, and we are looking for a customer-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team of hospitality professionals! 

The housekeeping department is a crucial part of our overall operation and there is never a dull moment! We work together to make the hotel shine so that guests can have the best experience possible.  

Do you notice things other people miss and take it upon yourself to get them done? If you are detail-oriented and someone who takes initiative, then we think you could be a good fit for our team!  

The Housekeeping Supervisor should be focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making meaningful connections with our guests. We are looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing attitude, and the ability to personalize guest experiences. 

Job Requirements  

• Assist with training and performance management of the housekeeping department 
• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals 
• Perform quality assurance requirements for the Housekeeping Department 
• Thoroughly understand and implement brand service culture
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
• Support team members to ensure the team’s entire workload is completed daily
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications and Attributes  

• Leadership experience is an asset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills 
• Results-oriented with the ability to adapt to the challenges of a continually evolving workforce
• Experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms

• Salary/Wage: $20.75 Hourly
