• This role is a cleaning and maintenance role which encompasses caring for a small hotel inside and outside
• Priority will be to assist our housekeeping team: Work with housekeeping staff to move linens to from laundry, clear garbage from rooms and assist with moving furniture, making beds and in suite cleaning
• Clean common areas, hallways, rooftop patio around perimeter of the building
• Responsible for ensuring quality and clean facilities throughout the hotel
• Track supplies and inventory for cleaning supplies and guest amenities
• Stock supply rooms with towels, linens and amenities
• Work with Maintenance Manager to complete regular hotel cleaning and maintenance year round
• Painting (indoor and exterior)
• Assist with repair work, renovations and replacement of equipment/furniture
• Regular maintenance on appliances and vacuums
• Clean and maintain gas BBQ’s year round
• Liaison with guests to provide assistance with TV’s, hotel related questions and luggage/bellman services

• Salary/Wage: To be negotiated based on experience and enthusiasm
