Bell 2 Lodge/Last Frontier Heliskiing is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a full-time, year-round position on our Maintenance Team. Bell 2 Lodge operates as Last Frontier Heli-Skiing during the winter season and as a hotel during the spring, summer and fall months.
Working as a Maintenance Member in a remote location requires troubleshooting on the spot and making crucial decisions in times of action. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the right candidate will be expected to maintain and repair the infrastructures of the lodge with a focus on mechanical and electrical skills. Day to day tasks can include a wide array of duties outside of the mechanical/electrical scope.
Accommodation and meals are provided for all employees. Shifts are three weeks on and one week off working ten hour days. Transfers to and from Terrace on weeks out are available. Given our remote location all communications are via-satellite phone and 3 hours of basic internet is provided. With its proximity to the mountains, lakes and rivers, Bell 2 Lodge is an exciting place for outdoor enthusiasts throughout the entire year. If you have a passion for the outdoors, happy to put a smile on people’s faces and contribute positively to a team we look forward to hearing from you.
Skills – not all are required but recommended if you have a willingness to learn
