Maintenance Helper – Summer 2023

You will work closely with our Maintenance Team to provide assistance with general labor duties.  If you enjoy getting your hands dirty, working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and love the mountain life, then this job is for you!

You will:

ü  Perform general labor and cleaning duties (painting, machine room cleaning, etc.).

ü  Be responsible for running lifts for the Lift Maintenance team during line work.

ü  Assist Vehicle Maintenance with track work and other duties.

ü  Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

ü  Perform other duties as assigned.

You:

ü  Have experience and familiarity with lift equipment, hand and power tools.

ü  Are physically capable of performing manual labor, standing for prolonged periods, walking over rough terrain and working in all outdoor conditions.

ü  Hold a valid class 5 driver’s license.

ü  Are reliable and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

ü  Are familiar with Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and terrain – an asset.

ü  Possess a valid first aid and/or CPR certification – an asset.
