Country Maples RV Resort requires a fulltime position evenings/days including weekends from May up to end of September.  The job includes a variety of tasks from general maintenance with priority for doing security monitoring. Walk throughout the park. You will be provided with a golf cart to do duties as well. Must live on site in own RV.  An RV site with full hook ups is available at reduced rate plus a wage.

DUTIES:

·       Maintain
the park grounds as needed

·       Enforce
rules of the park in a polite manner,
spot, and challenge possible threats, know relevant laws pertaining to security
and safety

·       Report
to Resort Manager & Maintenance Supervisor

·       Assist
with any emergency situations and report to the First Aid Attendant as required
and/or Resort Manager

·       Assist
guests as needed/appropriate

·       Able
to use communication devices i.e., 2-way radio

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Good
communication skills

·       Bondable
& willing to obtain a Criminal Record check

·       Ability
to deal with customer situations and challenges that may arise in a courteous
manner.

·       Basic
carpentry, electrical & plumbing experience required

·       Physically
able to do a variety of tasks, some heavy lifting at times, walking

·       Valid
driver’s license required

• Salary/Wage: $17/Hr
