Must be able to work independently and in a fast paced “Team” environment
Job Description Summary – but not limited to the list below.
· Use all necessary tools to perform routine cutting and trimming of meat, poultry, and fish.
· Clean, trim, slice, and sections whole meats for production
· General cleaning and maintenance of kitchen area and equipment
· Moving cases of meat, up to 60 pounds, may be required.
· Maintains all food safety standards and safe working environment
· Strict adherence to HACCP and WHMIS
· Strong communication skills
· Problem solver
· Strong knife skills required
· Positive and fun – A “Can Do” Attitude
Meat Cutting experience
Prior experience with food handling and food production
Food Safe Certification
