Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Tourism Association (CCCTA) is seeking a talented individual to join our team to develop and grow the tourism industry in the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast region of British Columbia. Responsibilities could include:

• Support Executive team with travel, planning, logistics, bookings, meeting replies, presentation materials and budgeting,
• Organization of attendees for events, including coordination and sending invitations and managing replies,
• Manage and document office communication, including mail, phone calls and banking transactions,
• Maintain office inventory,
• Work with external suppliers,
• Coordinate team and office celebrations,
• Update contact information in CRM,
• Maintain confidential, internal lists,
• Lead and manage planning of organizational events,
• Update internal platforms, such as Biosphere Adhesion participation, and
• Recommend innovative projects, tools and ideas.

• The right candidate for this position is passionate about the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast region
• This position will operate with the CCCTA team based in Williams Lake, BC and applicants should reside or be willing to move within our region
• Travel within our region, province and country might be required
• Post-secondary education in administration, management, communications, marketing, public relations or economic/community development is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build quality relationships are essential in this position

• Salary/Wage: $17 - 24 per hour
