Chateau Victoria is looking for a friendly Overnight Houseperson to clean our outlets and public spaces and to assist with guest requests and emergency response protocols.

This position is part-time (generally two 8 hour shifts per week), and can include weekends and holidays, shifts are generally 10PM to 6:00AM.

Please note: this position does require the successful candidate to be able to handle basic building maintenance and sanitation, as well as assisting with monitoring the safety and integrity of the building.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning assignments – Lobby, Washrooms, Elevators, Vista 18 and Clive’s
• Assist with any guest requests or deliveries.
• Support the Night Auditor in monitoring the building safety. This can include regular walks through the parking areas and floors.
• Be proactive and work with the Night Auditor on any guest related issues
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

This Position has physical requirements:

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced ability for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push and pull carts and equipment on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill projects that need to be completed and daily operations.

• Salary/Wage: up to $22.00 per hour (Starting pay is based upon experience)
