THE POSITION:
We are looking for someone to join our Pastry team full time at our production facility, in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. You will be responsible for pastry production according to standards while practicing SQF HACCP, Food Safe and Work Safe policies and procedures.
This is a full-time position, Friday to Tuesday 5:00 am – 1:00 pm. Position requires weekend availability.
THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for preparing (making, mixing, assembling, and baking) high quality artisan pastry products such as croissants, scones, cookies, tarts, and more from scratch according to company recipes and procedures.
