Busy north coast pub is seeking a sous chef with 3 years experience as a sous chef or higher position.
Applicants must have experience in all aspects of kitchen management, including but not limited to food prep, cooking, ordering, inventory control, training, and supervision of entire kitchen staff if necessary. Â Must be a team player able to take direction from kitchen manager and work under stressful situations, while maintaining a professional attitude with back and front of house staff.Â
- Salary/Wage: 50K yearly, tips, & meals
