Nk’Mip Cellars is a successful joint venture partnering Arterra Canada with the Osoyoos Indian Band. Featuring premium, award winning VQA wines in the south Okanagan we can offer an ambitious team player, a one-of-a-kind opportunity to share in telling the story of this very unique winery by creating creative food pairings which will showcase our amazing wines.
We are currently recruiting for an energetic, detail orientated, team player who is self-motivated and creative to their craft to fill the position of Winery Sous Chef at Nk’Mip Cellar’s, North America’s first Indigenous owned and operated winery overlooking Osoyoos Lake.
The Role:
Our Nk’Mip Cellars culinary team is involved in daily food service to
the public, as well as various private events. The successful candidate will
report directly to our Nk’Mip Cellars Winery Chef. The successful candidate
will be responsible to execute in partnership with the Winery Chef all
planning, organizing and executing of all culinary driven efforts, while
maintaining a focus on wine.
