The Old Fork is looking to add an amazing Kitchen Sous Chef to their team!

We are looking for someone who is looking to learn and develop skills that will help them in their career. Our kitchen is honest and genuine and we are looking for like-minded candidates.

About Us:

• We are open from 8am until 9pm daily, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts.
• We have a 45 seat restaurant (The Old Fork), a 70 seat pub (The River Rock) and a 300 seat banquet hall.

Your Role:

• ensure the quality of product being produced in the kitchen meets the standards and consistency set forth by the Executive Chef
• assist the Chef in the daily supervision and management of the kitchen
• encourage a positive team moral and provide constructive criticism
• maintain a clean, organized, food safe, work area at all times
