The Ancient Cedars Spa is our haven of relaxation and well-being. Our outstanding Spa team has garnered a reputation of service excellence which has been internationally recognized and awarded. Alongside their skilled treatment offerings, our practitioners, estheticians, coordinators and attendants are responsible for providing personalized service and creating a soothing and caring environment for our guests. As a small and dedicated team, every role is integral to creating the extraordinary experience of the Ancient Cedars Spa.

Estheticians are a key part of the service delivery team at the Ancient Cedars Spa. By offering relaxation based treatments, our Therapists and Practitioners pamper our guests and add to their world class memorable experience at the Wickaninnish Inn. Estheticians are to perform a variety of treatments such as manicures, pedicures, facials, and body treatments, as well as participate in our retail product sales program. Due to COVID-19 operating regulations/standards some duties may change.

Introductory housing is available to employees that meet our staff housing criteria.   

1000 training & education hours from a reputable educational institution. Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Health and Wellness Industry, Resort or Destination Spa experience would be an asset. Estheticians must be able to thrive in a remote, small town environment. A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview. Ability to maintain all COVID-19 operating regulations/standards. As a term of employment, all team members must have a minimum of one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and if not fully vaccinated, be committed to receiving their second dose within 6 weeks of being hired. Proof of vaccination is required.
