Victoria Butterfly Gardens is in search of part-time and full-time Visitor Experience Associates to join our very talented and passionate team!
Job Purpose:
Visitor Experience Associates at Victoria Butterfly Gardens help offer our guests a unique experience for all ages to walk through a tropical jungle of free flying butterflies, flamingos, rare tropical birds, plants, and fruit trees. In the gift shop and admissions department, our Visitor Experience Associates provide guests with assistance, product knowledge, and take payment for admissions and product sales.
This is done by providing exemplary customer service, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, bringing a team orientated and positive attitude to work each and every day, and by applying our core values.
Key Responsibilities
Education, Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous guest/visitor service and/or cash handling experience
· A warm, confident, and customer focused personality with a high-level attention to detail
· Your own reliable transportation to get to and from our facility
Position Details:
Both part-time and full-time permanent and seasonal opportunities are available.
· Part-time opportunities are 10 – 20 hours per week
· Full-time opportunities are 20 – 35 hours per week
· Must be able to work both evenings and weekends as required during our high season (May to September)
· Note: Shifts may fluctuate outside of regular operating hours due to the seasonal cruise ship and tour group schedules.
