About Us

The inspiration for our restaurants originated from the desire to create restaurant concepts that center on value, quality and last but not least fun!  Each restaurant has a personality, not a theme.  I believe our restaurants are an extension of me; I can sum it up with the following traits in my personality and beliefs:

• I am myself
• I ask ‘why?’ but more often ‘why not?’
• Homogenous is a concept that should only apply to milk!
• I believe in unconventional wisdom.
• I pay my own freight and march to the beat of my own drum.
• I listen to what people say but don’t necessarily tell them only what they want to hear.
• I don’t believe in being different for its own sake-I believe in being different if it means being better.
• I like Bach and Bacharach, Radio Gaga and Lady Gaga
• I know no one has a monopoly on good ideas – they come from the most unlikely of sources.
• I am constantly challenging my own assumptions.
• I am a work in progress.
• I believe life should be fun
