About Us
A Plus Projekt Ltd / The North Shore Culinary School are creatively connected to the Hospitality and Culinary Industry. Our company focuses on the education and training of youth and disadvantaged adults transitioning back into their community. We sponsor all students in our culinary training program. Through our business model we run a cafe, catering company, and meal programs to help offset the costs of running the training program.
Training and work experience is our main focus for the students as it helps to support their employability skills in the food industry.
We operate a catering company ‘Culinary Choreography’, cafe ‘NSCS Discovery’, and from our production and training kitchen we prepare meals for marginal adults delivered daily.
The summer is our busiest time of the year. We are looking for staff that would like to share their passion with our vision.
