In 1992, Potato Corner was born as a small food kiosk in the Philippines that offered a simple but exciting new product, flavored fries. Potato Corner is the world pioneer in presenting premium grade potato fries alongside an assorted range of flavors, including Cheese, Barbecue, Sour Cream and Chili Barbecue. By coating these flavors onto the fries with a signature shaking method, Potato Corner soon became a popular, fun, and tasty snack that appealed to kids and "kids at heart" of every age.

In a span of over 25 years, the innovative flavored fries company evolved from being a network of small kiosks and food cart operations, to in-line stores and sit-down diners in malls, schools, hospitals, bus stations, amusement parks, and tourist landmarks around the Philippines.
Today, Potato Corner has conquered the world, expanding to more countries, including Australia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kuwait, Panama, Singapore, Thailand, USA and Vietnam, and now coming here to Vancouver, BC. Its menu has expanded to adapt to global tastes, and now includes other potato-based snacks, like hash browns, jojos, crinkle cut fries, waffle fries, loopy fries, and savory snacks like chicken, in selected territories.
