Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle, is a restaurant chain that serves authentic Award-Winning Taiwanese Beef Noodles. The flagship restaurant opened in 2009 and now have expanded to 5 locations in Vancouver. Chef Hung originated from Taiwan, where he had won numerous awards and have been acclaimed by the Former President Ma Ying-Jeou, is the master craftsman behind the taste of the restaurant. By using his 30 years of experience, unrivaled techniques and self developed recipes he has created the perfect Taiwanese cuisine for all to enjoy. With multiple stores worldwide, our goal is to bring these award-winning noodles around the world and expand into an international brand of culinary excellence.
