Stewards set the stage for our Culinary and Food & Beverage Team to succeed. Ensuring all tableware, flatware and glassware are hygienically sanitized and readily available for service.

As a Dishwasher/Steward you will:
Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
Ensure all tableware, flatware and glassware are hygienically sanitized.
Ensure Kitchen and Kitchen preparation area are clean and free from debris.
Receive and put away new stock orders.
Daily transport all refuse and recycling from Kitchen and Kitchen preparation areas..

Salary/Wage

19.00 per hour
