Erin is passionate about helping individuals and organizations take their wellness to the next level. She brings with her over two decades of expertise in mental health and wellness, leadership coaching, HR, training and facilitation. Recently she helped a large retailer win “The Workplace Well-being Award” from The Canadian Positive Psychology Association.
Nicole Howlett
Mental Health & Psychological Safety Consultant
Nicole’s goal is to integrate physical and psychological health and safety in the workplace. She holds an Occupational Health and Safety Diploma from BCIT and a BA from McGill University. Nicole is a certified Psychological Health & Safety Navigator with Mental Health First Aid Certification. She has worked as a Health and Safety Coordinator and Officer, focusing on compliance, mental health, and the COR program.
