The Bullying & Harassment Overview Safety Talk is part of our Bullying & Harassment Safety Talk series, aiming to offer workplaces a platform for open discussion and collaboration on fostering a safe and respectful environment. According to WorkSafeBC, a worker is bullied and harassed when someone takes an action that they knew or reasonably ought to have known would cause that worker to be humiliated or intimidated.
