Sun Fun Tours, specializing in group travel experiences from the Thompson/Okanagan region since 1978, with offices located in Kamloops, Kelowna and Penticton has an immediate opening for a varied, mixed, and adaptable position including Sales, Operations and Administration support in our Kamloops, BC Head Office location.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties:
– Promote and sell pre-designed tour packages with confidence and enthusiasm in person and by telephone including thorough product knowledge
– Respond to and address customer inquiries and process bookings timely and efficiently
– Prepare passenger documents and ticket packages
– Update documents and scripts as required
– Provide administrative support to Sales, Operations and Marketing
– Managing tour preparation before, during and upon completion of tour(s)
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
– Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking and budget monitoring
– Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a productive work environment
Requirements and Skills:
– Outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and keyboard
– Excellent customer relationship management
– Strong ability to identify sales opportunities
– Outstanding organizational and time management skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize duties without compromising on the quality of work
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
