DaddyO’s Pizza and Ribs located at #1970, Ospika Blvd S, Prince George B.C.V2N 4W5, is looking to fill in the position of a Kitchen Manager to work along with our Restaurant Manager.
Salary: $21 per hour [for 40 work hours per week)

Job duties for this position include:
 Day to day operations of the restaurant;
 Schedule, supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the restaurant staff;
 Establish methods to meet work schedules;
 Resolve customer complaints as well as conflicts among staff and ensure maximum customer satisfaction;
 Supervise staff duties which include delegation, scheduling, evaluating, interviewing, training and mentoring responsibilities;
 Train staff in job sanitation and safety procedures;
 Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
 Maintain an inventory of supplies;
 Ensure that all restaurant equipment and gadgets is in safe and working condition and take care of maintenance and repair of equipment;
 Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
 Maintain a safe and clean restaurant in compliance with the restaurant’s food safety regulations;

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Requirements:
– 1 years or more of experience in food services industry is required;
– Good communication skills, positive attitude to work and people management skills;
– Ideal applicant must be available to work on any scheduled, rotational or call in shifts which includes weekends, nights and mornings;
– Able to work under pressure and time constraint in fast paced environment;
– Candidate must have completed food safety course
