We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a deep understanding of the local area’s history, culture, and natural attractions. As a Tour Guide, you will lead groups on tours, providing engaging and informative commentary while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Lead and conduct guided tours, providing engaging, accurate, and informative commentary on the area’s history, culture, and attractions.
Answer questions from guests and provide additional information as needed.
Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the tour.
Manage the tour itinerary, ensuring that the schedule is followed and adjustments are made when necessary.
Handle any unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
Collect and manage any required tickets, fees, or other payments from guests.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of tour materials and promotional items.
Provide feedback to the company on guest satisfaction and potential improvements to the
