The pubs, bars, and nightclubs sector is vibrant and lively and includes a variety of businesses, such as cocktail lounges, karaoke, live music venues, taverns and cabarets. These businesses typically serve alcoholic beverages and food and may also provide entertainment and dance facilities.

Return-to-Work Coordinator Training

go2HR invites those who oversee the injury management process or are responsible for coordinating Return-to-Work (RTW) Plans to join in this unique training opportunity!

Facilitated by WorkSafeBC, this two-part course teaches participants a proactive approach to RTW, including how to:

  • Support an injured worker from the moment of injury
  • Provide suitable and/or alternative work that is within their abilities
  • Keep them connected to the workplace as they recover

Industry-specific considerations such as seasonal employment, new, young, and foreign workers, and cross-departmental integration will all be addressed along with general best practices, empowering employers and their representatives to effectively manage their Return-to-Work Programs.
