Responsibilities & Qualifications

Office Superhero
Warm Welcomer: Be the friendly face greeting visitors, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed from the moment they arrive.
Stock Manager: Keep the office fully stocked and organized, from coffee supplies to essential office materials—no shortages on your watch!
Celebration Planner: Make our weekly celebrations a highlight for everyone by managing all the details that make them memorable and enjoyable.
Phone Concierge: Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring they reach the right department or team member smoothly and efficiently.

Building Liaison
Operations Coordinator: Serve as the primary contact for building management, promptly addressing any issues to maintain a seamless office environment.

Cleanliness Champion
Hygiene Coordinator: Partner with cleaning services to uphold a clean, inviting space that supports productivity and comfort for everyone.

Tech Guru
Onboarding Specialist: Set up tech access for new employees, ensuring they’re prepared from day one.
Tech Support: Maintain essential office technology like phones, conference room TVs, and video conferencing tools, preventing disruptions.

HR Extraordinaire
Recruitment Assistant: Support hiring processes by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and helping onboard new team members.

Event & Training Organizer
