What You’ll Do: As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our rafting expeditions. You’ll co-manage a team of 30+ enthusiastic staff, overseeing every detail from pre-trip preparation to post-trip evaluations. Your leadership will help foster growth, deliver unforgettable client experiences, and uphold our commitment to safety and professionalism.
Your Role Includes:
Pre-season planning: Coordinate staffing, resources, and contingency plans.
Guide mentorship: Help our guides grow and develop, both on and off the river.
Logistics management: Ensure the right people and equipment are in the right place, every time.
Risk assessment: Evaluate technical procedures and make quick, sound decisions to maintain safety standards.
Client liaison: Interact with clients and provide feedback to our marketing team to improve future experiences.
High standards: Maintain the highest levels of service, safety, and professionalism across every trip.
Product innovation: Collaborate with the management team to develop new, exciting experiences for our guests.
Team-building: Organize staff excursions and activities to keep morale high.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Has experience in the tourism industry, especially in rafting or outdoor adventure.

Communicates clearly and effectively with staff, clients, and management.
Is adaptable—able to think on their feet and solve problems on the fly.
Is passionate about the outdoors and eager to grow both personally and professionally.
Salary/Wage
4500-6500 per month
