Job Description

We are looking for a front desk agent for our hotel. Your primary responsibility is to create a warm, welcoming presence for guests. You would closely manage the reservations system and third-party booking sites. Answer the phones, reply to inquiries, ensure accurate information is taken, reply to reviews. Respond to emails with clear emails using proper grammar and spelling. You would be responsible for checking guests in and out, following up on room issues and providing excellent service. You would do property and room checks, pre-check-in walk throughs and also assist in manitaining the overall appearance of the property where needed.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Qualifications:
+1 year of front desk experience
Computer literacy
Effective written and verbal communication
Guest service
Able to work flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
Strong interpersonal skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Stamina to stand for long periods
