Discover Holidays Inc., a leading tour operator, is seeking an innovative and analytical Product Revenue Specialist with expertise in Inventory & Revenue Management to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing products to drive revenue growth. You’ll curate a competitive product line, collaborate across teams, and play a key role in achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Product Management:
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to inform product development.
• Idea Generation: Develop new product concepts or feature enhancements that align with market demands and company goals.
• Product Information: Maintain accurate and complete product details in our reservations system.
• Contract Management: Oversee contracting with suppliers to ensure we deliver top-quality products and services to our customers.

Data Analysis and Insights:
• Data Analytics: Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather insights into product and revenue performance.
• Competitive Analysis: Regularly assess competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Revenue Generation:
• Pricing Strategies: Formulate pricing strategies that balance revenue maximization with market competitiveness.
• Revenue Forecasting: Utilize data to forecast revenue, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

Inventory Management:
• Block Analysis: Use allocation and sales reports to manage inventory, identify areas of compression, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Supplier Relationships: Collaborate closely with suppliers to negotiate inventory terms and maintain strong partnerships, ensuring high-quality travel experiences for our customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Team Coordination: Work effectively with product, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive success.
• Communication: Clearly communicate product value and pricing strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.

Innovation:
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product enhancement and revenue optimization, refining strategies as needed.
• Emerging Technologies: Stay current on new technologies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in product and inventory management, finance, data analysis, and business strategy. Exceptional analytical and communication skills are essential, along with adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

Experience with PowerBI for report creation and analysis is highly advantageous, as well as a background in project management and a results-driven mindset.
