Job Description

o Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire Hotel.
o Assigning workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards.
o Conducting orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
o Handling guest complaints and queries related to housekeeping services.
o Reporting all maintenance issues.
o Participating in departmental & leadership meetings.
o Following proper privacy and security procedures.
o Providing support to the Facilities Manager with any additional duties.
o Performing cleaning, deep cleaning and laundry duties as required.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

o Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
o Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, including laundry & deep clean
o Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
o Excellent organizational and team management skills.
o Outstanding communication skills.
o Attention to detail and quality control.
o Problem solving and decision making.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
o Must be available every weekend & statuary holiday, for shifts up to 8h, as early as 8AM, and as late as 6:30PM.
