Job Description

– Coordinating operational aspects of 50+ groups/year with 10 – 50 guests
– Working alongside the admin & customer service team
– Managing deadlines (vendors & client payments, booking process, document production)
– Maintaining spreadsheets for the groups department
– Room block management (release dates, adjustments as needed)
– Coordinating custom adjustments with sales support
– Assisting the sales team as needed
– Developing & maintaining client relationships
– Keeping your travel education up to date including our preferred suppliers & the latest in the travel industry

Responsibilities & Qualifications

– Exceptional Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
– Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members, clients, and suppliers.
– Proficiency with Excel to analyze data, create reports, and streamline processes.
– Proactive and Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, take initiative and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with team members and independently when necessary to achieve common goals.
– Highly organized and able to manage several projects (groups) at the same time
– Deep passion to understand and serve the travel needs of dive groups with a commitment to creating exceptional travel experiences.
– Personal international adventure travel experience.
– Previous sales and/or customer service positions, preferably travel industry or hospitality management is an advantage
– Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media, Internet)
– Friendly & positive attitude with a good sense of humor
– Certified diver or willing to learn to dive is not mandatory but would be an advantage

Salary/Wage

42000-$45000 year

Remuneration: salary, generous benefits plan plus travel and dive incentives. Opportunity for 2 days a week remote work (once fully trained and able to work independently. We also offer a casual and fun work environment.
